Order Processing and Delivery
Shipping is free on all orders over $50. If you would like expedited shipping, you can choose that option at checkout. The cost of expedited shipping is calculated and viewable at checkout. Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 2 business days to process and ship. Delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
We only ship to addresses located within United States of America at this time.
Our business hours are Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday, 11:30am – 5:30pm PST.
Orders placed Monday through Friday after 5:00pm PST will be shipped the following business day.
Shipments will be sent using USPS. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouses.
If you have not received your order please contact us immediately at info@amadawellness.com. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us.
You agree that we may charge you any sales or nexus taxes collected in your jurisdiction as applicable when ordering any of our products.
When tracking your shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to update. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number.

You agree not to hold us liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver our product for any reason beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, criminal acts, labor shortages, labor strikes (both lawful and unlawful), postal service or courier service disruption, infrastructure disruption, communication failure, material shortages, or any other circumstance that may be beyond our control.
